Supervision Essentials Online Training


The primary objective of this program is to develop supervisors and managers who can produce measurable bottom-line results. This is achieved by creating within each participant, several key principles associated with triumphant leadership. Through online instruction and one-on-one coaching, you will learn to:
  • Maintain and enhance self-confidence
  • Communicate with, listen to, and respond to employees
  •  Solicit and expect involvement
  • Build and sustain trust
  • Set expectations and breed accountability.
ThisSupervisory Essential program is comprised of 16 hours of online training over eight weeks. In each of the eight modules, Kent State facilitator, Scott Tackett covers various levels of skill-based training. Kent State will provide written supplemental materials for participants to use during the program, review with their direct supervisor and keep for future reference. The program is limited to eight participants.
