To withdraw from a program in which you have already registered, please contact the campus offering that program. The contact information is located at the top of this website. Please note the cancellation policy in the next FAQ.
Kent State University reserves the right to cancel programs. In the event that your program is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Fees paid by credit cards will be processed immediately. Check and cash payments will be refunded with a
check issued within four weeks of cancellation. Because you are considered registered for these programs, you must notify the office that is sponsoring your program, or payment will be expected even if you do not attend. Once payment is made, should you wish to withdraw within five working days of the program start date, fifty percent of the registration fee will be refunded; there will be no refund after the program has begun. If unable to attend, you may substitute another member of your organization at no additional cost. Please notify of this change before program start.
