Human Resources for Frontline Leaders

In this eight-hour program frontline leaders will learn about relevant human resource (HR) topics and functions that impact daily operations. Participants will gain appreciation for the scope of HR responsibilities of attracting, developing and retaining employees. Additionally, the Kent State facilitator will review basic aspects of compliance and employment law.
